At Treaclemoon, we want you to love your scented treats as much as we do, but if you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer happiness team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique return authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original box, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent any leaks or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
